Activity of our favorite dish

Chicken Stew  For me, it’s a typical dish from the Caribbean region. It has potatoes, corn on the cob, vegetables, cassava, yams, and its protein is chicken, served with avocado and rice. I realy is one of my favorite dishes and I order it every time I travel to Cundinamarca.  

Eating well

  Eating well I want to tell you that a few years ago I used to eat everything and untidy, but a few years ago I began to change my eating habits for health, today I eat fruits such as pineapple, papaya, oranges, tangerines, lemons, blackberries, cape gooseberries, green apple , pears, among others, and vegetables such as carrots, peas, beans, onions, beets, pumpkins, lettuce, garlic, eggplant, broccoli, avocados, among others, the protein that I consume the most is pork, chicken, fish and shrimp and my favorite dishes are; a good chicken sancocho, roasts, fish in sauce with vegetables.
